We offer on-site computer repair, IT support services (such as help with routers, switches, cabling wired & wireless connections) for for both at-home and business usage. PCR offers three different appointment types: scheduled, same-day and emergency service. Most service calls are resolved within one to two hours. We understand time is money, and we value your time. Our certified technicians will analyze the problems and provide you with the best route to a resolution.

Emergency Computer Service

Drop everything, all hands-on-deck service. Our response time is within one to two hours and, usually, you can count the time it takes us to respond in minutes.

Pricing

$350 per hour, including travel. One hour minimum, and billed in 15-minute increments.

Same-Day Appointments

Need service today? We will route a technician near you to attend your needs. Our response time is around four to six hours. You should be able to call in the morning and get service in the afternoon.

$275 per hour. One hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments.

  •   I was concerned when I was told the computer needed a new hard drive. However, they installed an electronic hard drive, cleaned up the spam and gave me the old hard drive to save the files. Computer is lightning fast and no more moving parts in the hard drive!!! Great service and fast.

  •   This is a hard business as things change fast. Microsoft decided to upgrade to the newest version windows, 11. I lost my ability to connect to the internet. I spent a day with no success with Microsoft trying to connect. This is not the only computer in this house and they sent me stuff that did not work. I was fed up and took it to Danville Computer Repair. They spent a day trying to solve it and we decided to take it back to Windows 10. They fixed my computer when Microsoft could not.

      Had a computer that kept acting up mouse all over the page and got tired or cussing at it... turns out my touch screen was the issue they disabled it and my computer is fine now... cheap diagnostic as well $75

      Quick response after email quote. Cameron was my tech who serviced my custom pc for an emergency. He was very knowledgable and worked swiftly to get my pc serviced, diagnose the problem, and fix it same day. Overall very satisfied with service for my emergency pc problem and would recommend.

  •   Can't say I loved my experience. My usual place closed down so I ended up here, and the price was about 30% higher for labor. Perhaps that's because they considered my battery issue a "level 2." I knew more than the tech. They didn't believe me when I told them my theory of what was the cause. 2 days of testing later, turns out I was right. I appreciate that they informed me of other issues during the diagnostic, but they also couldn't answer the random shutdown issue I had; they had never heard of such things and didn't bother trying to figure it out because the diagnostics didn't pick up an issue with it.

    So I didn't get the impression that they knew all about computers. Can they fix something that has a clear solution? Yes. Can they get creative and run experiments if they don't know for sure? Doubt it.

    Pro is they're very responsive. They work fairly fast considering they claim to be backlogged. Con is they close at 5pm and don't open weekends, so if you work regular hours, sorry.

      My iPhone battery crapped out on me and my Apple Care warranty was up so I went to Gabe for help. He swapped the battery out of my iPhone 8 Plus under 30 minutes and now my phone feels good as new. He also charged me less than what I would have paid going to the Apple Store. After that experience I had him add some RAM to my parents laptop and they are very happy with their faster laptop performance. Thanks Gabe!
